Gin & Tonic ~> Gin & Toby &Co
G&T was originally evolved for the purpose of treating scurvy and malaria with tonics. To make the battle more fun, gin was added to the mix. In the 21st century there are other, modern health issues to solve, and so we have created a superior mixer that creates a great long drink with some modern health benefits that is more suited to our era. Your modern 5 o’clock sundowner is a Gin & Toby for a fun and easy cocktail with some health perks but still the same amount of classic fun. The Toby&Co Fizz
Why don’t you grab a champagne glass and add 25ml of your favourite gin or vodka and a dash of lemon juice and top it up with The Green One from Toby&Co. The great news is our 250ml cans will be perfect for two serves. If you’d like to add a classic finishing touch, grab a sugar cube and add some cocktail bitter drops on it before placing it in the champagne glass.

Mango Toby&Co
The fresh natural mangoes and the creamy vodka makes Desi Daru one of our favourite mixers with Toby&Co. The grab fruit blends together and the citrus and botanicals work a marvelous combination. It is very easy to make a very impressive cocktail combining The Green One with Desi Daru Mango Vodka with some ice in a fancy glass of your choice. Garnish it with a couple of sage leaves and a lemon zest.

Toby&Co Hugo - The king of spritzers
Nothing is more refreshing on a hot summer afternoon than a low alcohol and zesty spritzer like a Hugo. Instead of using soda, one can grab a can of The Green One and some crisp white wine and maybe even a dash of elderflower cordial, some mint leaves and a slice of lemon and build this hugo in a big glass. We already have the zesty citrus and the touch o f Celtic sea salt and our unique botanicals go along tequila and other agave spirits greatly, Just grab a glass, fill it with ice, pour your favourite tequila and fill the rest with The Green One from Toby&Co. The Toby&Co Spritz
The classic Italian spritz with one part of that orange bitter aperitivo, one part soda and one part prosecco could be made even more fun with replacing the soda with The Green one from Toby &Co or if you are still looking for that aperitivo spritz flavour but less alcohol, replace both the prosecco and the soda with just a can of The Green One and pop it in a nice tulip glass with some of the aperitivo and a nice slice of orange and optional spring or thyme
Toby&Co - The Green One with White Port or just as a crisp White Wine Spritzer
Easy and great refreshment and also an excellent way to stay hydrated on a hot day is just to pour a classic white wine or Port spitzer. Just pick a big glass, put some ice in that and top it up with The Green One by Toby & Co. It works with or without Ice depending on your mood and it is beautiful when a White Port is involved. Served with maybe lemon zest or a wedge to garnish or even a green olive. This is entirely up to you. We even like a spring of mint or rosemary added.
The Toby&Co Summer Fruit Cup
For a relatively low alcohol but refreshing long drink, we recommend trying a traditional fruit cup style drink like P…’s and lemonade with just replacing the sugary, sweetener laden lemonade with The Green One from Toby&Co. The fruit, citrus and mint garnish will go perfectly with Toby&Co’s botanical character and it is an easy to make and very refreshing summer drink.
